Shipping policy

Shipping

• Cost: free shipping within Portugal (mainland, Madeira and the Azores), Spain and France on orders from €45. Below that, shipping costs €5.99.
• Processing: we ship your order within 1 to 3 working days.
• Delivery: it usually arrives 7 to 15 working days after shipping.
• Tracking: you get your tracking code by e-mail as soon as your order ships.
• Where we ship from: our products ship from our partner supplier's warehouse, outside the European Union. That's why delivery takes a little longer than a domestic one.
• Delays: if your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days, write to us at client@belleonda.store with your order number. We'll look into it and, if it's lost, send another one free of charge or refund you.
• Wrong address: double-check your address at checkout. If you need to correct it, write to us as soon as possible, before it ships.
• Orders of 2 units may arrive in separate parcels.
